Hi there! 🙂 I'm Usman Ahmed, an ecommerce copywriter with a passion for crafting persuasive content that drives results. With my marketing expertise and specialization in the ecommerce niche, I help brands connect with their audiences and boost sales.
My career as a writer began as an intern for a local newspaper, and soon, my interest developed in how companies sell their products, especially through written words.
My curiosity led me to copywriting. I started workingunder a senior copywriter and saw how companies use written words to convince people to buy.
There, I also observed what mistakes companies make that lead to losing potential customers.
But — What made me able to catch these mistakes?
My Psychology academic background which developed my in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and the art of selling products.
In the marketing world, we have a famous one line:
“Your product doesn’t matter.”
Oh, please don't be offended. I am not ignoring the hard work you put into making your product. But it’s a hard truth.

It starts with the story of my father’s business failure. My dad did not bring his business to the heights it deserves because he was an expert in the product that he was selling but not in convincing people to buy it.
If you are not thoughtful about this matter, it might be your story as well. My father's failure made me conscious of how people buy — And that led me to learn direct response marketing.
Fortunately, I had my psychology degree which became a solid ground for me to work on my direct response marketing skills.
